ABU DHABI, Jun 4-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kegemerlapan Masjid Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque umpama bulan bercahaya merupakan symbol kebanggaan Abu Dhabi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pengasas Sp Care Group Dr Sathia Prakash Nadarajan berkata, beliau teruja apabila berpeluang melawat ke masjid penuh dengan keunikan menyerlah itu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Katanya, untuk mana-mana pengembara atau pelancong yang melancong ke Abu Dhabi The Grand adalah tidak lengkap jika tidak melawat ke Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Ia merupakan masjid terbesar di Emiriyah Arab Bersatu dan menjadi symbol kebangaan Islam di negara berkenaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Saya cukup teruja dan bersyukur berpeluang singgah ke masjid unik itu sementara menunggu transit ke Switzerland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Tiada kata-kata untuk menakrifkan keunikan yang didokong masjid itu,” katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Justeru beliau juga menambah bahawa masjid itu dibangunkan di Bawah bimbingan dan penyeliaan Sheikh Zayed yang telah disemadikan di Masjid itu selepas disambut penciptanya pada 2004.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yang menyebabkan saya terpegun dengan masjid ini adalah reka bentuknya yang dihasilkan oleh arkitek Youssef Abdelke, dari Syria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Masjid ini dibina menginspirasikan reka bentuk Masjid Abu al-Abbas al-Mursi Mosque, Alexandria, yang direka bentuk oleh Mario Rossi pada 1920; Masjid Badshahi dari Lahore, Pakistan; dan turut dipengaruhi rujukan seni bina Persian, Mughal, Indo-Islamic.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
